4. Bookings and Appointments

 

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and property information.

  • Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring inspection or treatment.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

 

5. Payments

 

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept online payments and bank transfers.

  • An invoice will be provided for all payments received.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

The customer agrees to:

 

  • Follow all preparation instructions provided prior to treatment.

  • Follow all post-treatment recommendations and advice.

  • Inform us of any children, pets, allergies, medical conditions, or sensitive environments that may be affected by treatment activities.

 

Failure to comply with our instructions may affect treatment effectiveness and may invalidate any applicable service guarantee.

 

7. Service Warranty and Guarantees

 

Where a service guarantee is offered:

 

  • Customers must comply with all recommendations and instructions provided by our technicians.

  • Guarantees do not cover reinfestations caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including failure to maintain proofing measures, hygiene standards, or property maintenance.

 

8. Health and Safety

 

  • All pest control products and methods are used in accordance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and manufacturer instructions.

  • Customers must follow all health and safety guidance provided before, during, and after treatment.

  • We shall not be responsible for adverse effects resulting from a customer’s failure to follow our instructions.

 

Where the use of a CO₂ extermination system is required:

 

  • The customer must sign a treatment agreement and risk acknowledgement form before any extermination work is carried out.

  • The treatment will only be conducted where it is lawful, safe, and deemed appropriate by the attending technician.

 

Where rodent proofing or access work requires alterations to the property:

 

  • A separate work agreement may be required before any construction, drilling, removal of materials, or other proofing-related works are undertaken.

  • All proposed works will be discussed with and authorised by the customer before commencement.

 

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • Sebki Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the provision of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
