Our emergency callout service is available strictly outside of our normal business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any reports received after 6:00 PM will be handled through our emergency callout service, ensuring you receive prompt assistance when you need it most.
Whether it’s scratching in the loft, sightings in the kitchen, or signs of rodent activity around your property, Sebki Pest Control is ready to help with a fast professional response.
Same-Day Rat & Mouse inspection - Only £80
Our emergency inspection service is available for rats and mice only and can often be arranged within 1–6 hours, including evenings and out-of-hours callouts.
This service is ideal if:
• You’ve seen rats or mice inside your property.
• You can hear scratching, movement, or activity in walls, lofts, or ceilings.
• You need urgent professional advice and cannot wait until the next available appointment.
• The issue has appeared during evenings, overnight, or outside normal working hours.
What’s Included for £80:
• A same-day emergency rodent inspection by a qualified pest control technician.
• A full professional assessment of rat or mouse activity within the property.
• Identification of possible entry points, nesting areas, and signs of infestation.
• Expert advice and a clear action plan on the best treatment solution.

💡 Please note: This service is for rats and mice inspections only and does not include treatment.
The £80 fee covers the emergency callout, a thorough inspection, and a professional assessment by one of our technicians. No treatment, proofing work, trapping, baiting, or follow-up visits are included in this fee.
Following the inspection, the technician will provide a separate quotation for any recommended treatment. Any treatment costs are separate from the £80 inspection fee. No treatment will be carried out unless it is separately quoted, agreed to, and paid for.
